You can cancel your paid subscription (Pro or Elite) at any time through your account settings. You will continue to have full access to all premium features until the final day of your current billing period.
Because our platform utilizes real-time data processing and system resources the moment a search is performed, we cannot offer refunds for credits that have already been consumed.
Refunds are generally only granted in cases of billing errors, such as accidental duplicate charges or if your credit balance failed to update correctly after a successful payment transaction.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on a technical or billing error, please email support@Skilj with your account email and transaction details within 7 days of the charge.
