These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Skilj. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using Skilj, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Skilj.
Skilj is a job-search and application-tracking tool operated by Skilj. Skilj helps users discover publicly available job listings, review job-related information, save opportunities, and organize applications.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use Skilj. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Skilj uses a credit-based search system:
Unless checkout expressly states that a purchase is recurring, a Skilj credit-package purchase is a one-time payment. Prices, taxes, package size, and included features are displayed before payment. Payments are processed by Paddle or another provider displayed during checkout. You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for your purchase.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Consumed search credits are generally non-refundable because processing resources are used when the search is performed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Skilj obtains or displays job-related information from public and third-party sources. We do not control the employers, recruiters, job listings, or external websites presented through Skilj. Listings may be changed, duplicated, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, removed, or expired. You should verify important information directly with the employer before applying or providing personal information.
Skilj does not act as an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or employment adviser. We do not guarantee that you will find a particular listing, receive an interview, obtain employment, improve your resume ranking, or receive any specific result from using Skilj.
Third-party names, logos, trademarks, websites, and services belong to their respective owners. Skilj is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or any employer displayed through the service.
Skilj’s software, interface, branding, design, and original content are owned by or licensed to Skilj. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Skilj for lawful purposes.
You retain ownership of notes and other original content you submit to Skilj. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of Skilj to maintain security, comply with law, respond to third-party changes, or improve system reliability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every search will return results.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is involved in fraud, unauthorized automation, scraping, abuse, security threats, payment disputes, or a material violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue. Users may request account closure by contacting support.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skilj is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will always be available, error-free, secure, or that job information will always be accurate, current, or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skilj and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the service, external listings, employment decisions, lost opportunities, or unauthorized account access. Our total liability relating to a paid purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to Skilj during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms when Skilj’s services, pricing, or legal obligations change. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
