1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Skilj, you agree to these terms. Our platform is a tool designed to help you search, track, and manage job applications effectively.

2. Credit System & Subscriptions

Skilj operates on a credit-based system to provide premium job search data:

• One search query or "Load More" action consumes exactly one credit.
• Credits are renewed every month based on your chosen plan (Free, Pro, or Elite).
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

3. Account Usage

Your account is strictly for personal use. We monitor for automated search activity; any attempt to use bots or scrapers on our interface will result in an immediate account ban without a refund.

4. Data & Listings

We aggregate job listings from various public sources. Skilj is not responsible for the content of external listings, expired job links, or the hiring practices of the companies found through our search.

5. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to adjust search limits or feature access (like Excel exporting) to ensure system stability for all users. Features are provided based on your active subscription tier.
